Type: Apple Cider
Taste: Well-balanced cidre with fruit aromas and light acidity for a round mouthfeel and long lasting finish. Best enjoyed as an apéritif and alongside sorbet or pastry desserts.

Sassy Cidre Brut
Type: Apple Cider
Taste: Perfect balance between the tradional dry taste of a cidre brut and the fruitiness of a semy-dry cidre. Smooth effervescence, full-bodied with apple and leather aroma, subtle balance between acidity, bitterness and roundness.

Sassy Cidre Organic
Type: Apple Cider
Taste: A subtle and well-balanced semi-dry organic cider. A fruity hit with notes of « terroir » in the front of the mouth, giving a reminder of the Norman origins of the product. It goes perfectly with soft pasta, cheese and white meats.
